Dance and Play Central (DPC) is a program for toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten aged children. DPC is designed to allow parents to bring their children into a safe environment while they take one of our Fitness Fun classes!
Studio A’s movie room, play room and large dance studios allow us to construct a safe and fun atmosphere for small children.
DPC is perfect for FIT MAMA'S. Check out our schedule below for fitness classes that run during DPC.
Dance and play activities will take place throughout the hour. Tumbling Tots, dancing preschoolers, and acrobatic kindergartners will be encouraged to express themselves at our fun stations throughout the studio. Stations included but not limited to are arts and crafts table, dress up station, open studio with mats and soft balls, music/instrument area, movie room and more!
